A Spiritual-Shamanic Intensive Sound Healing Retreat

The retreat will be held in German. If needed, a bilingual format (German/English) can be offered for international participants.

This retreat invites you on an inner journey where you can explore the transformative power of sound and your own voice. Completely without instruments or tools – only with your breath, your presence, and your unique sound.

We move, experience silence and music, sound and simply being – and let ourselves be carried by the pulsating power of ancient Vedic drum rhythms. The sounds of the sacred Peruvian whistling vessels – archaic, unfamiliar, almost otherworldly – open gateways to other dimensions. In these spaces, healing can unfold in a deep and holistic way – beyond words and concepts.

Together we tone, recite mantras and invocations, invite loving beings of light and divine presence, and allow ourselves to be guided intuitively by the emerging healing field. We also work with Bija mantras – powerful primordial syllables of creation associated with the chakras in many spiritual traditions. In addition to their classical form, you will also gain access to extended, rarely taught variants that enable deeper levels of vibrational experience.

Channeled songs and words frequently flow into the group field – messages, sounds, and vibrations received through me as a channel. They touch beyond the mind, resonate deeply in the energetic space, and bring healing, clarity, and opening – individually and collectively. These intuitive impulses invite you to experience yourself anew in your original essence.

When we are touched from within in this sacred sound space, healing becomes much more than physical or emotional recovery. It becomes reconnection with your true self – remembrance, inner rebirth, spiritual evolution, and unfolding of your true being.

  • Healing self-toning and vocal resonance work
  • Group toning in shared energetic fields
  • Bija mantras – including rare, advanced variations
  • New chakra mudras and the link between vowels and chakras
  • Vedic chakra sound healing with tabla rhythms
  • Ki-breathing and Jin Shin Jyutsu
  • The multidimensional frequencies of sacred Peruvian whistling vessels
  • Stillness, presence, movement, and intuitive voice work
  • Channeled songs and spoken transmissions

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect – with yourself, your voice, and the healing field that emerges when we tone, listen, and open together. Every sound, every vibration, can become a key to inner transformation and spiritual awakening.

We remain open to spontaneous guidance – through our inner realms as well as through the subtle world. It is about doing what is truly essential in the moment.

A beautiful and powerful retreat center with excellent cuisine, easily accessible by car or public transportation.

Please book your room directly with the venue (mention “Healing Through Sound”). We recommend full board.

The seminar is designed as a retreat – a break from everyday life, a space for deep processes. Staying overnight at the venue is part of the concept and a requirement for participation.

Please bring: Water bottle, comfortable clothing, notebook, and anything else you need to feel at home.

Participation requirements:

  • Participation in a Ki&Sound afternoon or another seminar with me: At least one participation within the last six months. This gives you the opportunity to get to know my way of working and to feel whether you are comfortable with my style and supported in a shared process.
  • Personal session: A session with me is required to prepare for the retreat – within six weeks before the start, either in person at my practice or, if you live further away, remotely. This session serves as a foundational energetic clearing of foreign energetic influences. Together, we help ensure that the group field remains clear, supportive, and safe for all participants.
  • Openness to healing and transformation: You are willing to actively engage in your process.
  • Willingness to stay on-site: The retreat thrives on the shared field – therefore, being present at the venue is essential.

Individual clarification: If you do not meet all the requirements, we can discuss together whether participation is possible.

Important note: The seminar is not suitable for individuals currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or taking psychotropic medication.
