Archive Collection of Meditations and Sound Journeys
The short meditations and sound journeys provided here are an archive of my previous work in this field. Although I am not currently developing new sound creations, I want to continue making these experiences and resources available. These recordings are partially channeled and can have a profound impact. I recommend experiencing them with headphones or through good speakers to fully appreciate the effects of the sounds.
The sounds are designed to promote deep relaxation. Therefore, it is best to perform these meditations in a quiet, home environment. Sit up straight and comfortably, close your eyes, connect with Mother Earth, and breathe deeply into your navel. Enjoy this time of silence and inner peace.
