General Terms and Conditions / Disclaimer
Introductory Phone Calls
The first 15 minutes of an introductory phone call are free of charge; after that, the regular hourly rate of CHF 120.– applies. For each additional half-hour started, half the hourly rate is charged.
Treatments
Treatments at ki-praxis, including remote treatments, are intended to support and accompany a healing process or life change. They are not a substitute for a medical examination or medical treatment. The treatments activate self-healing powers and can promote healing processes and reduce the need for medication. Any adjustment to a medically prescribed therapy is the sole responsibility of the treating doctor or therapist. Responsibility for implementing any recommendations remains with the client. No medical diagnoses are made.
The minimum fee is CHF 120.–. For each additional half-hour started, half the hourly rate is charged.
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of CHF 60.– will apply. In the case of a no-show without cancellation, CHF 120.– will be charged.
In the event of lateness, I reserve the right to deduct the delay from the treatment time or, if delayed by 15 minutes or more, to charge for this time.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment is to be made on-site in cash or by card. Accepted cards: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, and NFC payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
For advance and deposit payments, the transferred amount is non-refundable; the claim to treatment expires one year after payment is received.
Gift Cards
Ki-praxis gift cards can be used for all offered services (sessions, remote treatments, seminars, and products). They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed within this period for services of the corresponding value.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. They are transferable and can be given to third parties.
After expiration of the validity period, the right to redemption expires without replacement.
Events
Registration for an event is binding and obliges the participant to pay the event fee for paid events.
I reserve the right to cancel an event if the number of participants is too low. If the instructor (whether myself or an external instructor) is ill or unable to attend, or the event is canceled due to force majeure, there is no claim to hold the event. In such cases, the full event fee will be refunded. No further claims (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) are accepted, regardless of how close to the event date the cancellation occurs.
Ki & Sound Afternoons
Registration for the Ki & Sound Afternoon is binding and obliges the participant to pay the participation fee. The place is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of when a cancellation is made. Should the seminar be canceled by ki-praxis – for example due to insufficient participant numbers, instructor absence, or force majeure – the full participation fee will be refunded. No further claims (e.g., travel or meal costs) are accepted.
Seminars, Retreats and Multi-day Events
The following cancellation terms apply to all events except the Ki & Sound Afternoons.
Cancellation of booked and already paid events:
- Up to 7 weeks before the event start date: Full refund of the event fee, less transfer fees and a processing fee of CHF 30.–.
- Up to 5 weeks before the event start date: 50% refund of the event fee, less transfer fees and a processing fee of CHF 30.–.
After this period, the entire event fee is due.
Cancellation of booked but unpaid events:
- Between 7 and 5 weeks before the event: 50% of the event fee is due.
- Less than 5 weeks before the event start date: The full event fee is due.
Should the seminar be canceled due to official measures, the full seminar fee will be refunded.
Participants are responsible for complying with all legal and entry requirements. Failure to comply does not entitle participants to a refund.
Payments made without prior written registration do not constitute a binding registration. A processing fee of CHF 30.– is charged for refunds.
Absences or failure to attend events do not entitle participants to any discounts or refunds, including in the event of illness or accident. We recommend obtaining appropriate cancellation insurance.
Refunds due to dissatisfaction, or because of over- or under-challenge, are excluded.
Participation is at your own risk. Participants must inform the organizer independently of any health restrictions. Liability for health damages, theft, or property damage is excluded. Participants are liable for damages caused by themselves.
For retreats, staying overnight at the event location is a requirement for participation.
By registering, participants accept these terms.
EMR: Seminars are not EMR-recognized, and EMR confirmations are not issued. Receipts and attendance certificates are available upon request.
Personal 1:1 Trainings, Mentorship Programs, and Individual Courses
All fees for 1:1 programs are non-refundable. Active participation is required; non-compliance may result in termination without refund. Post-program support, unless otherwise specified, expires 8 months after program completion.
By registering, participants accept these terms as binding.
Course and Seminar Participation Requirements
Individuals currently taking psychopharmaceuticals or mind-altering substances cannot participate in events. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all participants. Thank you for your understanding.
