Treatments

The healing services and information offered are not intended as a substitute for professional medical and/or psychiatric treatment and advice. I am not qualified physician that diagnoses conditions and/or prescribes any medications. You are responsible for your own medical treatment and care. Always consult your Medical Doctor if you think you need medical attention and in all cases it is recommended that you continue to follow medical treatment as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

The minimal fee is CHF 50.–. Half of the hourly rate is charged for each halfhour or part thereof.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged CHF 50.–. No shows will be charged CHF 100.–.

On late arrival, the missed appointment time will be deducted from the treatment time or – if more than 15 minutes – be charged accordingly.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Amount is payable at location. For remote treatment, the amount is payable in advance.

In the case of advance payments and payments on account, the transferred amount will not be refunded; the right to treatment expires one year after the transfer to my account.

Events

The registration for an event is binding and, in case of events subject to a charge, obligates you to pay that charge.

I retain the right to cancel an event if there are not enough participants. In case of sudden illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unpredictable events, no entitlement to the realization of the event exists. If an event has to be canceled, a full refund will be paid to the participant. In these cases, the organizer cannot be made liable to refund any travel or overnight expenses or lost work.

Withdrawal from a booked and already paid event:

  • up to 7 weeks prior to the start of the event → a full refund will be paid, less transfer fees and CHF 40.– handling charge
  • up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the event → a refund of 50% of the participation fee, less transfer fees and CHF 40.– handling charge

later than that, no refund can be given.

Cancellation of booked and not yet paid events:

  • from the 7th to the 4th week before the event 50% of the participant fee is due
  • from the 4th week before the start of the event the full participant fee is due

If the seminar cannot take place due to official measures, the entire seminar fee will be refunded.

Each participant is responsible for fulfilling any legal requirements for participation in the seminar and – if arriving from abroad – any legal requirements for entry into Switzerland. If participation is made impossible by failure to comply with these legal requirements, there is no right to a refund of fees already paid.

Payments without prior written registration (e-mail) are not considered as registration. A processing fee of CHF 30.– will be charged for the refund.

Unattended events and absences do not entitle participants to a discount or a refund. A partial refund can be made exceptionally, for good cause (i.e. accident or illness with valid medical certificate).

There is no satisfaction/money-back guarantee whatsoever, also not on the ground that the course has allegedly been over- or under-challenging.

For events, which are advertised as retreats, the overnight stay in the seminar house or in the place where the event takes place is a prerequisite for participation.

The attendance at the event is at your own risk. Individuals attending to the event are to be aware of any limitation resulting of any health condition and are to inform the teacher/organizer of those. While performing any kind of exercise, they are to use common sense; in particular, they are to stop immediately the exercise in case of pain or discomfort. In case of any breach of any of the aforementioned obligations, any liability is waived. The participant shall be liable to the full extent for any damage caused and is fully responsible for his own well-being during the event.

The organizer does not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury and shall not meet any costs in any event. Any liability for any loss that may occur on or near the premises of the seminar is waived.

These conditions shall be binding with the registration for the event.

Personal Trainings

The personal training programs are designed to provide participants with an immersive and engaging learning experience. To maintain the effectiveness and integrity of these programs, the following terms are set forth:

  1. No Refund Policy: Please be aware that all fees paid for personal training courses are non-refundable. This policy is a commitment to the training process. If the course does not meet participant expectations, a refund will not be available.
  2. Active Participation Requirement: Active participation is essential for successful training outcomes. This includes completing exercises, homework, and engaging in all necessary activities for progress, training, and safety. Training may be cancelled without a refund if a participant fails to meet the active participation requirement.
  3. Limitation on Aftercare Support: A specific number of hours for aftercare support is provided for certain trainings. This support can be offered either through WhatsApp messages or as a FAQ Zoom session to address post-training queries. Unless specified otherwise in the course outline, this allotted support time expires 8 months after the completion of the training. Participants are encouraged to utilize this opportunity within this timeframe to maximize the benefits of their training experience.

Acceptance of Terms: These conditions shall be binding upon registration for the training. By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms.

Participation Requirements for Courses and Seminars

Terms of Participation for Courses, Seminars, and Personal Trainings: It is hereby noted that individuals currently taking psychotropic medication unfortunately cannot participate in our courses, seminars, or personal trainings. This is due to the specialized nature of the content and exercises in these events, which may not be suitable for those under such medication. We kindly ask for understanding regarding this measure, which is taken in the interest of the safety and well-being of all participants.
