General Terms and Conditions / Disclaimer

Treatments

Treatments at ki-praxis, including remote treatments, are intended to support and accompany a healing process or life change. They are not a substitute for a doctor’s visit or medical treatment. The treatments activate self-healing powers and can promote healing processes and reduce the need for medication, but only in consultation with a medical doctor. Responsibility for any treatment actions lies with the client, and no medical diagnoses are made.

The minimum fee is CHF 50.–. For each additional half-hour started, half the hourly rate is charged.

If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of CHF 50.– will apply. In the case of a no-show without cancellation, CHF 100.– will be charged.

In the event of lateness, I reserve the right to deduct the delay from the treatment time or, if delayed by 15 minutes or more, to charge for this time.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

The fee is to be paid on-site in cash or by card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/EC).

For advance and deposit payments, the transferred amount is non-refundable; the claim to treatment expires one year after the payment is made to my account.

Events

Registration for an event is binding and obliges the participant to pay the event fee for paid events.

I reserve the right to cancel an event if the number of participants is too low. If the instructor is ill or the event is canceled due to force majeure, there is no claim to hold the event. In such cases, the full event fee will be refunded. However, there is no claim to reimbursement for additional costs incurred by the participant in connection with the event (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

Cancellation of booked and already paid events:

  • Up to 7 weeks before the event start date: Full refund of the event fee, less transfer fees and a processing fee of CHF 30.–.
  • Up to 4 weeks before the event start date: 50% refund of the event fee, less transfer fees and a processing fee of CHF 30.–.

After this period, the entire event fee is due.

Cancellation of booked but unpaid events:

  • Between the 7th and 4th week before the event: 50% of the event fee is due.
  • Starting 4 weeks before the event start date: The full event fee is due.

Should the seminar be canceled due to official measures, the full seminar fee will be refunded.

It is each participant’s responsibility to meet any legal requirements for participating in the seminar and, for those traveling from abroad, to fulfill any legal requirements for entry into Switzerland. If participation is prevented due to non-compliance with these requirements, there is no entitlement to a refund of any fees already paid.

Payments made without prior written registration (by email) do not constitute a binding registration. A processing fee of CHF 30.– is charged for refunds.

Failure to attend events or absences do not entitle the participant to discounts or refunds. Partial refunds of course fees may be granted in exceptional cases if significant reasons exist (e.g., illness or accident with a medical certificate).

Withdrawal or refund due to dissatisfaction, or because of over- or under-challenge, is excluded.

Participation in an event is at your own risk. Participants must be aware of any limitations arising from their state of health and must inform the instructor/organizer accordingly. During any type of exercise, participants should use common sense; if pain or discomfort occurs, they should immediately stop the exercise. Liability is excluded for any breach of these obligations. No liability is assumed for theft, damage, or personal injury. Each participant is responsible for any damage or loss they cause during the seminar and is responsible for their own well-being throughout the course.

For events designated as retreats, staying overnight at the seminar location or nearby is a requirement for participation.

These terms of participation are binding. By registering for an event, the participant accepts these terms.

EMR: The seminars are not EMR-recognized, and EMR confirmations cannot be issued. Receipts and attendance certificates for the seminar fee are available upon request.

Personal 1:1 Trainings, Mentorship Programs, and Individual Courses

The 1:1 programs, including trainings, mentorship programs, and individual courses, provide a comprehensive and personalized learning experience. To ensure the effectiveness and integrity of these programs, the following conditions apply:

  • No Refunds: All fees paid for 1:1 programs are non-refundable. This policy serves as a commitment to the training process. Even if the program does not meet the participant’s expectations, a refund is not possible.
  • Active Participation Required: Active participation is essential for the success of the program, including completing exercises and assignments and engaging in activities that support progress, training, and safety. If these requirements are not met, the program may be terminated without a refund.
  • Limited Post-Program Support: For some programs, limited post-program support is offered, either via WhatsApp messages or in the form of a Zoom session for questions after completion. Unless otherwise specified in the course program, this support expires 8 months after the end of the program. Participants are encouraged to make use of this support within this period to maximize the benefits of the program.

By registering for a 1:1 program, these terms are accepted and binding.

Course and Seminar Participation Requirements

For our courses, seminars, and personal training programs, please note: Individuals currently taking psychotropic medication are unfortunately not permitted to participate in our events. This measure is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, as the exercises and content may not be suitable for individuals taking such medication. We appreciate your understanding.
