The Five Tibetan Rites – Peter Kelder
Wonderful exercise sequence to start the day or to wind down in the evening. It promotes not only flexibility but also sleep quality. The video is self-explanatory, and the book contains modestly more information. One should start with an odd number of repetitions and increase by two every two weeks – or depending on physical progress – until reaching 21. As with all physical exercises, it is important to protect the lower back, which can be most easily achieved by keeping the buttocks tense during the exercise. Additionally, one should ensure that the ears are kept as far away from the shoulders as possible. [Watch the video on YouTube]
