Deep Trauma Release

Deep Trauma Release

Do you know that sensation when you swallow your tears? The feeling that your throat chokes up? Maybe you receive a phone call informing you of the unexpected death of a loved one and you’re trying hard to hold back tears and grief, because their expression would be rather inconvenient right now. And then you feel this lump in your throat – instead of giving those strong emotions all the freedom and space they need, you bundle them up and lock them away. Maybe there will be time later to shed tears?

With every minute that we suppress our emotions, the bundle solidifies and the lump sinks deeper into our being. With every minute, it’s becoming more and more difficult to retrieve and free all of these emotions. With every minute, the chance of having created a lasting blockage increases.

Whether it is repressed grief or anger, or unresolved events like an accident, violence, injury, abuse, etc. – it is usually only a matter of time until the embedded emotional traumas become noticeable through psychological or physical symptoms. Important to note that these traumas/blockages can sometimes be cross-incarnational.

Some emotional traumas need to be actively addressed, so that we can learn and grow through them. Over the years – and throughout our many lives – we accumulate so much that is merely ballast and weighs and slows us down on our path.

With Deep Trauma Release I have developed a technique that allows me to locate, absorb and dissolve such ballast. The process can often be compared with opening a bottle of sparkling water. With the first smaller blockage being dissolved, movement comes into the system and further, often bigger blockages bubble up, show themselves and can then be absorbed and dissolved.

The technique can be used for people or animals, locally or from a distance. It is especially helpful and efficient with traumatized animals who show problematic behavioral patterns like (sudden) aggression, snapping etc. as the feedback of Sister Theresia, director of the animal welfare post Stiftung Felsentor shows: “…the change in Peanut is lastingly good, he does not bite anymore” → Testimonials

In the following short video, I’m ‘taking out’ one of the smaller blockages of the client. The synchrony of absorption and dissolution and the change and relaxation of the face of the client can clearly be observed.
