Newsletter Juli 2017

The time is turbulent, probably for you too…

In the last newsletter of January I wrote:

“The coming months will continue what the last ones have started, upheavals, realignments, miracles and realizations…. The time is ripening – to face oneself, to look at images in the mirror, from which one turned away until now…”

Fears, emotional traumas, shame, anger…. If we have also failed to face our inner shadows in the last few months, the quality of the times makes it increasingly difficult, almost impossible, to continue ignoring them. They jolt and call, making themselves felt through depression, sadness or physical ailments, etc. It is never too late to look within. Evolution – also spiritual – is only possible for a being in its wholeness. Light and love can only be lived authentically if one accepts and embraces oneself as a whole. The inner shadows (which in this context has nothing to do with occupations) are a part of us, are important for our being, are teachers. It is not a matter of approving everything that is in us, but only if we embrace these our “shadows” lovingly and with understanding, they can transform and dissolve, we can let them go.

Those of you who have dedicated yourselves to inner “gardening” in recent months, to create a healthy breeding ground for the new to grow strong and powerful, those have been and are now often richly and miraculously gifted. Wonderful things come to life, show themselves, begin to sprout and grow – grasses, shrubs, flowers, trees. Some fruits we can perhaps already taste, others still need a little more time to ripen – patience… Our garden wants to continue to be cared for and nurtured, so it can grow, expand in its entirety, take up its space.

Whether still cleaning the house or already sitting under the tree, it is and remains important to devote enough time to yourself and your self – because our nature is evolution – stagnation makes you sick in the long run.

Often one does not have enough time for this at work, family, obligation. Nevertheless, it is important to give ourselves a little time every day – even if it is only 10 minutes, in which we might hold our fingers in the morning or simply breathe deeply in silence. It can also be helpful to give yourself an afternoon once a month for personal development.

It is always wonderful when I see how deeply people are often touched at my monthly seminars (Ki&Klang, Peruvian whistling vessel ceremony) and in what a “rush pace” clients/participants progress in their personal evolution, who also give themselves enough time for this. Here is a beautiful feedback from a participant of the last Ki&Klang seminar on June 24:

“The seminar on Saturday was once again awesome – thank you very much. You know, I can almost not describe it, there are simply no words for this kind of “experience”. As always, I come without expectation, open to the new and go home nourished with good feelings and deep experiences. Thank you very much for your work…”

Such lines are a great gift for me and so I am looking forward to many more exciting workshops and seminars with which I may accompany people on their way a bit.

From the field: unexplained abdominal pain in a nursing home

A client told me about her 84-year-old mother, who lives in a nursing home. The mother had been complaining of severe abdominal pain for some time and had to go to the toilet very frequently to urinate, she was restless and distressed. None of the medical examinations could explain her condition, which is often a strong indication that extraneous energies are at play.

The client asked me to do remote treatment for her mother. In homes and hospitals, there are many foreign energies “on the way” in each case, and people in both institutions are often weakened by the situation. Thus, it happens quite often in such an environment that foreign energies “dock” (in the energy field or even in the body itself) and cause mental or / and physical problems.

When working, it is thus also important to include the environment, which is why I subjected the whole home to a general “cleaning” before then taking care of the mother and her room in detail.

A few days later, a very grateful client contacted me and gave me wonderful feedback:

“… I found a changed mother and a peaceful home today, for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart…”

What more is there to say….

Radiation Exposure at Home

With the sale of the latest iPhone, it was recommended not to hold it to your ear anymore because of the strong radiation. A phone that you should no longer hold to the ear – yet somehow absurd. And yet it shows that it is generally acknowledged that the radiation emitted by cell phones, their masts and WiFi are potentially harmful to health.

Highly sensitive people have it tough these days. With ever newer speed standards in mobile data transmission (4G, 5G, 6G) and the thus increasingly high-frequency radiation, the load on our bodies is also increasing. Even WiFi routers at home today often have more than one antenna (completely unnecessarily) and thus not only irradiate their own home, but also that of the neighbors. On short-haul Edelweiss flights, all in-flight entertainment now runs over wireless (with streaming to your own device), and WiFi is already offered on many long-haul flights.

Aside from the possible heating of tissue, it is now scientifically proven that radiation can disrupt biological processes in the body, as these often occur in a similar frequency range. This is about as if we are talking to someone and suddenly someone comes and just talks something in – the louder he does it, the less we will still understand what our counterpart just said.

Today one is constantly exposed to these radiations and to protect oneself from them is almost impossible. So it applies, where this is possible, to minimize the load by the router the antennas are unscrewed except for one, one takes all devices at night from the power supply (including cordless phones, because their DECT radiation is often, despite so-called Eco-Mode still strong – to recommend here is the Avena 748 from swissvoice) and with the Swisscom/UPC/ect. TV Internet box the WiFi turns off when you do not need it (often possible by button). Computers can and should be connected directly via cable (RJ45/is often included with the box on delivery) to the box – this is good for your health and surfing or streaming movies or music happens so undisturbed and at maximum speed.

Highly sensitive people have also been able to get help with harmorings, worn on the body, or placed in the environment.

I also offer measurements in the field of electromagnetic and radioactive radiation (for example, granite slabs), as well as water veins. This at the regular hourly rate.

New: Harmoring 8.4 cm

I am very pleased to announce that I can now offer you a Harmoring, which in terms of its power puts all previous in the shade. With 8.4 cm, the new Harmoring MAX is twice as large as the previous largest ring with 4.2 cm.

With this power also opens up new areas of application. For example, a teacher has placed a Harmoring MAX open and visible in front of the blackboard – the students worked much more quietly and concentrated. For example, the ring can also be placed or hung in the office, in the car (e.g., in the glove compartment), or in the doctor’s office, helping to balance restless energies.

Because of the size, cups or glasses can now also be placed in the ring or the ring can be placed over the water carafe – so drinks can be easily energized.
Since the energy is very strong, I recommend the ring – at least at the beginning – not to wear too long on the body and this also during the night with enough distance to the mattress.

The new Harmoring 8.4 cm can now be ordered from me by mail.

Plastic or wood

Maybe you already had this discussion, whether plastic or wooden boards are more hygienic. The following article from the New Scientist now clarifies this once and for all:

“Plastic cutting boards are generally considered to be better, as bacteria can penetrate wooden ones and take hold.

To test this assumption, U.S. food safety researcher Dean Cliver contaminated cutting boards with pathogens such as E. coli and Salmonella. He found that 99.9 percent of the pathogens died within 3 minutes on wood, but none died on plastic. In each case, when contaminated cutting boards were left overnight, the bacteria multiplied on plastic, but they could not be detected on wood the next day.

One problem with plastic cutting boards is that knives can leave simple furrows on them, where bacteria can then multiply. Hardwood boards are generally more durable and their porous structure causes bacteria to sink below the surface where they are trapped, have little room to multiply and eventually die. Generally speaking, however, any cutting board should be replaced if it has too many grooves.”

You can find a detailed study on this from 2016 here “Microbial Safety of Wood in Contact with Food“.

And so it shows once again, when in doubt, give nature the benefit of the doubt 🙂

The gentle genius of bonobos

Savage-Rumbaugh talks about her work with bonobo monkeys, which can understand our language and learn skills by observing us. These findings force us to rethink the extent to which a species’ abilities are really determined by its biology.

A wonderful TED talk with very impressive video footage. German subtitle can be switched on.

Finally, I wish you a wonderful summer time with lots of nature and children’s laughter.

Sincerely
Gerald
