Spiritual Life Coaching
Finding Meaning, Purpose, and Connection to Your Deeper Self
Sometimes life stops making sense. Not because something has gone dramatically wrong – but because the life you have built no longer fits who you are. You may be functioning well by every external measure, and yet feel hollow, restless, or quietly dissatisfied. Something is missing – and you sense it is not something you can buy, achieve, or think your way into.
This is often the beginning of a genuine spiritual search – not in a religious sense, but in a fundamental human sense: the search for meaning, for direction, and for a sense of inner alignment.
What I Mean by Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual life coaching, as I practice it, is not about positive thinking, goal-setting, or “finding your passion.” It is about looking clearly at where you are, what you carry, and what is ready to emerge in your life – and then doing the inner work required to make that movement possible.
This often involves examining beliefs that have never been consciously questioned – about yourself, about what you deserve, and about what is possible. Many of these were formed early and continue to shape your decisions, relationships, and expectations without conscious awareness.
It also involves reconnecting with your own inner sense of direction. Most people have access to a quiet, reliable inner signal – but it is often obscured by distraction, conditioning, and self-doubt. A central part of this work is removing that interference.
How I Work
My approach combines direct, focused conversation with energy work, → shamanic practices, and – where appropriate – → trauma resolution. There is no fixed protocol and no imposed framework. The work follows what is actually present, not a predefined method.
Where relevant, this work may also include the recognition and clearing of → foreign energies – influences that can block inner clarity and movement in ways that coaching or conversation alone cannot address.
Spirituality, in this context, is not tied to any belief system or tradition. No prior framework is required. What matters is a willingness to look inward and to engage honestly with what emerges.
Sessions are available in person in Luzern and remotely. Remote sessions are equally effective for this type of work.
If you are at a crossroads, or simply feel that something important is waiting to be recognized – perhaps it is time to take the next step.
