Passive Trauma Work – Deep Healing for Humans & Animals

Do you know that sensation when you swallow your tears? The feeling that your throat chokes up? Maybe you receive a phone call informing you of the unexpected death of a loved one, and you’re trying hard to hold back tears and grief, because their expression would be inconvenient right now. And then you feel this lump in your throat – instead of giving those strong emotions all the freedom and space they need, you bundle them up and lock them away. Maybe there will be time later to shed tears?

With every minute that we suppress our emotions, the bundle solidifies and the lump sinks deeper into our being. With every minute, it becomes more difficult to retrieve and free all of these emotions. And with every minute, the chance of having created a lasting blockage increases.

Whether it is repressed grief or anger, or unresolved events like an accident, violence, injury, or abuse – it is often only a matter of time until embedded emotional trauma begins to express itself through psychological or physical symptoms. Some of these blockages can even stem from cross-incarnational experiences.

Some emotional traumas need to be consciously addressed so that we can learn and grow through them. Over time – and across lifetimes – we accumulate much that is merely ballast and slows us down on our path.

With Deep Trauma Release I have developed a technique that allows me to locate, absorb, and dissolve such emotional ballast. The process can often be compared to opening a bottle of sparkling water: once the first smaller blockage is released, movement comes into the system. Deeper, often larger blockages then rise to the surface, show themselves, and can be dissolved as well.

This method can be applied to both humans and animals, either in person or remotely. It is especially effective for traumatized animals who show behavioral issues such as (sudden) aggression, snapping, or panic – as confirmed by Sr. Theresia, director of the animal welfare organization Stiftung Felsentor: “…the change in Peanut is lastingly good, he does not bite anymore.” [→ Testimonials]

In the following short video, I am ‘taking out’ one of the smaller blockages of the client. The synchrony of absorption and release – and the visible shift in the client’s face – can clearly be observed.

As a complement to this work, I also offer clients very simple yet powerful techniques that allow emotional tension and trauma to be released – gently and effectively. These techniques are also core elements in my → Protection & Cleansing – Basics and the → Masterclass trainings. They can be learned in individual sessions or as part of a deeper personal process.
