Jin Shin Jyutsu Timer – Focus on the Holds, Not the Clock

When we hold our fingers or do a complete flow, we are often advised to hold each step or finger for 3, 4, or 5 minutes. But how do we know when those minutes are up and it’s time to move to the next step or finger? With the Jin Shin Jyutsu Timer we can fully immerse ourselves in the practice, without constantly thinking about the time that has passed.
Soothing sounds of running water, recorded in the mountains of Colorado – each timer starts after about 20 seconds with 3 singing bowl tones. This gives us a little time to settle in comfortably before our personal session begins. The sound file has a runtime of about one hour and ends again with 3 bell tones.
The timer is available as a 3, 4, or 5 minute version in CD quality as FLAC (lossless – larger files) or in lower quality as MP3 (128 kbps – smaller files). For playback I recommend the VLC Player.
Happy jumper cabling!
